Direction les Badlands, formation géologique de canyon inversé et mélange de rocher compact et de terre qui ravine assez originale !
Le nom des Badlands vient du fait que la chasse et l'agricuture est quasi impossible ici vu le relief et la sécheresse du lieu...
Thursday morning (August 20), we discovered the Badlands, sort of an inverted canyon and mix of compact rock plus soil quite surprising!
The name comes from the people who discovered the place, as it was a nightmare to hunt or harvest on this kind of land!
And when leaving the Badlands, the average tourist apparently stops at Wall Drugs, a city where there is nothing to do but enjoy (or not!) a 5c coffee (also called jus de chaussette in French!) and buy some fake stuff (according to the Lonely Planet, we did not try...)
